Postage is by Australia Post and the cost is determined by weight.
Once payment has been received, I will ensure that you get your product(s) as soon as possible. If you are using Regular Postage, My Little Chicken is not responsible for any parcels going missing (once your products have left my premises).
You may Register your postage, in which I will let you know what the Reference Number is, so your product(s) may be traced and signed for.
Patterns
Due to Copyright laws, all the patterns cannot be refunded.
Other Items
There is a warranty of 30 days from purchase date. I am happy to refund the customer their postage cost of the item being returned to me.
